Central Location. Several Issues
dark room late noise
The room I booked had some significant drawbacks. The non-transparent window could not be opened. It looked out on a wall. The room felt very dark because of this. I could also hear corridor noise, especially late at night, which really bothered me.

convenient location friendly staff luggage storage absent refrigerator poor insulation faulty air conditioning
the location proved quite convenient. public transportation was easily accessible. the staff was friendly and efficient. they offered luggage storage both before and after my checkout.
my room lacked a refrigerator. the windows did not provide adequate insulation. i could hear street noise despite being on a higher floor. the air conditioning did not function effectively.

the check in process was seamless. i appreciated the included bag check.. it helped a lot. the breakfast offered a large variety.

just okay spot on gran via
small room shower layout
the single room was pretty small it's true. i didn't love that the shower was right by the entrance with just a glass screen. anyone could see everything if the door opened i mean really. there wasn't much soundproofing either so i heard people in the hallway and the elevator most of the time
